Alex leads our client engagements, building and maintaining key relationships to improve outcomes on behalf of our clients. He brings attention to detail that helps to identify the right opportunities that can enhance the customer experience on behalf of our clients. Alex is always looking for ways to ensure that our projects are pushing ahead and making significant progress.
Prior to joining Customer Imperative, Alex rose up to a Senior Program Manager at Benefitfocus, a leading provider of cloud-based benefits software solutions. There he led a book of business for the Employer Delivery Department while building a team of associates that led implementations on behalf of large employers.
Outside of work Alex enjoys cooking, cycling, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and dogs in Mount Pleasant, SC.
