Prior to joining Customer Imperative, Carl spent over 20 years managing partner / senior executive in software, technology and consulting profession. Carl has extensive experience in all phases of B2B SaaS customer growth and technology transformation and has also invested in several B2B SaaS companies and has guided several of them through key growth stages.
Carl was Managing Partner of Grant Thornton’s Technology Practice as well as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Marketsphere Consulting. Under his leadership MarketSphere grew to one of the largest technology service firms in the industry and was purchased by Grant Thornton as the cornerstone of their advisory practice. Carl has extensive customer transformation experience from his role as Managing Partner of the Performance Management practice of Arthur Andersen and held senior executive positions at Motorola and Wyeth.
