About Jason Conrad

As an associate partner with Customer Imperative, Jason’s goal is to help clients build customer-centricity into their organizational DNA. A product marketer and customer success champion at heart, Jason leads cross-functional teams to design, build and market customer-centric product and services experiences. Jason is an alum of Penn State and a transplant to the Southeast, where he lives in Charleston, SC with his wife, daughter and three dogs. He enjoys skiing, surfing and spending time outside in the Lowcountry.
